&breathe - Yoga with Amber Cherie
Hi, my name is Amber and I am the founder of '&breathe - Yoga with Amber Cherie.' I have been practising yoga for 6 years, first starting in a local gym wanting to stretch and have some sort of escape from life. I moved to Australia where I lived in Sydney for 2 years, my passion for yoga then really started to grow and I began to realise for me it was not just about stretching, but so much more. Many teachers inspired me, I would be feeling grateful and so much happier after finishing my class. Now I practice yoga everyday and my life has completely changed.
I am now sharing this love and passion with others and hoping I too can change peoples lives. I teach at the Glascote Methodist Church in Tamworth on Monday evenings at 7pm and at The Tithe Barn in Polesworth on Thursday evenings at 7pm. My classes cater for all abilities and individual needs. People from all walks of life attend my classes and we have created some lovely friendships, which I am extremely grateful for. All equipment is provided and all you need to do is bring yourself. The classes are just £6 each and I will be offering a half price first class for any new members. I look forward to starting your yoga journey!

Hi! I'm Megan, and I'm an experienced Acoustic Weddings and Events Singer based in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham. I have a broad, varied repertoire and can be hired for any part of any wedding or event. The music I sing is normally of a background acoustic style, but this really can add the final touch to your event.
I tailor my performance to suit your tastes and preferences in music, at a very competitive rate. I like to take you through the whole process, from start to finish, as I love to get to know you so that I can make my setlist and singing as tailored to you as possible. Hi, I'm Lisa and I am the business owner and class leader for Tots Play Tamworth.
We understand that becoming a parent is a life changing experience, and that these early days with your baby are precious but sometimes overwhelming. Tots Play Tamworth is here to help.
Our 6-week Baby Development course is especially designed for babies from birth to 6 months and aims to support you both through this crucial time, providing simple ideas and techniques for loving play times that will help you connect, relax and have fun together whilst boosting your baby's development.
The classes are also a great way to get out and meet other parents in your area with babies of a similar age.
The course includes:
- baby yoga
- full body massage
- baby sign language
- colic symptom relief techniques
- tummy time tips
- calming holds and techniques
- sensory play
For our older babies and toddlers, we offer Discovery Tots and Social Tots classes which are fun and interactive play sessions that you and your little one will both enjoy together. They combine the benefits of yoga, signing, massage, sensory play, music, bubbles and more into one fun-filled, engaging programme.
These multi-activity, multi-sensory, classes are a great way to help your baby's development whilst making new friends and picking up lots of ideas for playtimes at home, too.
