How i give you a piece of time that you can never get back
Having special moments in time captured in photographs is worth more than its weight in gold! The firsts, the sibling love, the family hugs, the grandparents squeezes, the Christmases... the list goes on and each memory is precious. That's why here, at Erin Kate Photography, I put my heart and soul into not only capturing the best memories for you but also providing you with the best service!
How do i book?
You can contact me via email, my contact page or through either of my social media pages. We can then arrange a date and time convenient for us both for your session.
My session fee is £99. This fee secures the session date and time that we agree upon and also covers the session time and my artistic craft. Once the session fee is paid you will be invited to an 'in person consultation' at my studio where I will talk you through the process and the products that I offer. Don't worry, if you are unable to visit me before the session, we can always plan a Zoom call, instead!
Please note that NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT OR IMAGE is included in the session fee. An add on package must be purchased alongside. Your session fee will be deducted from any package that you choose. You can view what packages I have to offer through the 'packages' page on my website.
What happens next?
Once we have taken the photos at your session, you will be invited back 1-2 weeks later (times may vary) to an 'in person viewing' session. Here you will see all of your images presented in a beautiful slide show where you can sit back, relax and enjoy the show! Once you have viewed them, you can then let me know which package you would like to purchase and we can get busy with your order. We can look at samples of products and decide which you think would fit you and your home best. All packages and extras must be paid for at this session and orders will be placed afterwards.
Depending on what you choose in your package, once your items arrive into my studio, you will be invited back once more for your collection session. Here you can have a peek at all the loveliness you chose before travelling back home with a big smile on your face! :-)

Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in Marlborough Park, Tamworth and work from my comfortable, home studio. Please contact me for further info.
How many photos will I get to choose from in the newborn package?
There are approximately 20 images to choose from. This varies from baby to baby but our aim is to get as many cute photos as we can for you. We won't compromise baby's comfort or happiness though so if baby is just not settled, we will rearrange another date with you.
What age do babies need to be for newborn sessions?
Newborns are best photographed between day 5 and day 14. This is when they are most sleepy and curly and can be posed and positioned comfortably.
Do you provide refreshments?
Oh yes, you will always be greeted with a cuppa and a biccy should you want one. Please feel free to bring your own snacks though, especially for the newborn sessions as you will be sat for a long time while we work our magic, posing baby.
When will we get our photos?
This varies from season to season. During quiet times, it can be as little as 1 week until you are invited back to view your images. During busier times it can be up to 3 weeks. If you need them for a specific event, please check with me first that I am able to turn them around in time for you.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes! A £99 deposit is needed for every type of session. This can be paid via bank transfer or PayPal and no date will be secured until it is received.
Can I bring my own outfits for my babies or children?
Yes of course you can! However, as I like to stick to my particular style of photos, I will only share images (if consent is granted) that fit in with my style of photography.
Can I just have my photographs unedited?
Unfortunately not. I spent many hours training in photography and editing and images are always edited in my style. Please be sure to see examples of my work before booking as changes to my editing style post session will not be made and no refunds will be given.
